Hometown: Burleson, TX
Education: I graduated from Texas A&M in May of 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a double minor in Neuroscience and Sociology.
Support Role: Marketing and Event Coordinator
Ministry Background: In high school, I was very involved with our youth program and fell in love with the Catholic faith. I was an active member of our leadership team, which took part in planning and staffing retreats for my peers and also the middle school youth (Confirmation retreats, young women's retreats, and what we called "the ex-con retreat" for those who had already been confirmed). When I moved here for A&M, Alyssa put me in contact with the high school youth minister at St. Joseph's. This is my sixth year to volunteer with the high school youth program in Bryan.
Passions & Interests: Coffee, music, reading, painting, and spontaneous roadtrips.
How did you become involved with CCFM and why? I see the need for ministry and discipleship and I love how passionate the people at CCFM are about everything they do. Throughout college I spent a

great amount of time volunteering with youth ministry programs. Timing was perfect and I definitely think God handed this opportunity to me.
Favorite Quotes / Bible Verses: "Let your religion be less of a theory and more of a love affair." -GK Chesterton
"Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith to this grace in which we stand, and we boast in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we even boast of our afflictions, knowing that affliction produces endurance, and endurance, proven character, and proven character, hope, and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us." Romans 5:1-5
